The Winnipeg Declaration (sometimes referred to as the Winnipeg Manifesto) was the programme adopted by the Cooperative Commonwealth Federation to replace the Regina Manifesto.
Its full name is the "1956 Winnipeg Declaration of Principles of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation" and it was adopted at the party's national convention held that year in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Winnipeg Declaration remained the basic statement of party principles of the CCF and its successor, the New Democratic Party, until 1983.

The Winnipeg premiere of the NFB documentary In the Shadow of Gold Mountain was held at the Muriel Richardson Auditorium, Winnipeg Art Gallery, last Tuesday.
The declaration had sections on the scope of the obligation to provide redress, the inapplicability of statutes of limitations, a definition of the victims of violations entitled to redress, and the remedies to which victims were entitled, including access to justice, reparations and access to information about the violations.
The declaration endorsed the principle of non-discrimination amongst victims.

WINNIPEG, Canada/GENEVA, 17 December 2004 (LWI) – Commemorating the fifth year of the signing of the Joint Declaration on the Doctrine of Justification (JDDJ) in Winnipeg, Canada, was an occasion to express the significance of the Lutheran-Roman Catholic agreement for church life.
Participants in a festive Lutheran-Roman Catholic worship on November 14 in Winnipeg voiced their hope that such services could be held more often, and that eventually the two Christian communities would be able to celebrate the Eucharist together.
Representatives of the LWF and Roman Catholic Church signed the JDDJ on 31 October 1999 in Augsburg, Germany, declaring that a consensus has been reached in the Joint Declaration, and the condemnations from the 16th century Reformation to do not apply to the teaching presented in the JDDJ.

With a platform modelled on that of the British Labour Party, the ILP succeeded in electing Woodsworth to the House of Commons in 1921 for the riding of Winnipeg North Centre.
Although in 1956 the party produced a new manifesto, the Winnipeg Declaration, that was seen by many as more moderate than the Regina Manifesto, in 1958 the party suffered a serious defeat.

In making the declaration proposed by the Parks Canada Agency, the Agency has reviewed the MCSR and has determined that the project screening process, as described in the document, will meet the requirements of the Act for the environmental assessment of the class of projects.
It is also the opinion of the Agency that the class of projects described in the MCSR is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects when the design standards and mitigation measures described in the report are applied.
