		King Arveleg I of Arthedain was slain and the Dunedain were defeated and retreated to Fornost.
		King Arvedui sent word to Gondor for aid and resisted for a time in the North Downs, but at last he was forced to retreat and later perished at sea.
		King Arveleg of Arthedain is killed and the Tower of Amon Sul is destroyed.

		The Witch King does confront Gandalf at the gate of Minas Tirith, and the Nazgul retreats (granted that was partly because Rohan had arrived but also because Gandalf wasn't about to let him into the city).
		Gandalf also was not a living man so it is safe to assume he could have been the catch to the prophecy about the witch king.
		I would love a confrontation with Gandalf and the Witch King though I would prefer it to be at the gates of Minas Tirith.
