		In the county, the population was spread out with 26.50% under the age of 18, 7.70% from 18 to 24, 28.20% from 25 to 44, 23.10% from 45 to 64, and 14.60% who were 65 years of age or older.

		The county is in the final stages of adopting its first comprehensive re-write of the zoning code since 1974.
