The Worker-Communist Party of Iraq (Arabic: Hizb al-Shuyu'i al-'Ummali al-'Iraqi) is a Marxist political party in Iraq and amongst Iraqi exiles.
It is a sister party of the Worker-Communist Party of Iran - Hekmatist.
The English version of the political party's platform (written in 1994) called for many social reforms, such as the legalization of abortion and homosexuality.

Achieving the demands of the unemployed, the workers and women will elevate the expectations of the masses, and will prevent the reactionary forces like the nationalists (Ba’athist) and islamic groups from exploiting the suffering of the workers and splitting their ranks.
