Took out reference to worlds highest bedroom as this reference suggests Q1's apartments are the highest in the world, which is incorrect.
Emporis uses spire heights, and especially when the Worlds tallest buildings page uses them as well, I think it should be the same for Q1.
Q1 is the tallest skyscraper in the southern hemisphere because it is a skyscraper, unlike sky tower which is a tower.

It originally was not given this title when it opened June 28th (only tallest free-standing structure), 1975; however, in 1995 they revised their decision and proclaimed the CN Tower was infact the World's Tallest Building and Tallest Free-Standing Structure on Land.
The claim that 'The CN Tower is excluded from these categories because it is not a "habitable building", which is defined as a frame structure made with floors and walls throughout.' is false because it does indeed have floors and walls throughout.
The only difference between the CN Tower and other buildings in the list is that those floors and sections are offlimits to the public because they do not involve the tourist or restaurant functions of the building.

In that tall buildings have become targets for terrorist, I really don't understand the fascination with wanting to build the tallest building in the world.
It is an alright looking building, very eligant indeed yet it will truely be an eyesore with it being the only building in the area with any kind of height.
The true reason why chicago has the best skyline and why its tallest buildings fit in and just seem to work is because they are surrounded by other tall buildings that can help the ultra tall buildings just seem to nestle in the surrounding areas of the city.
