World Revolution : Introducing the WR
The World Revolution is conceived as a response to our current global crisis and to the whole array of critical problems and issues, throughout various parts of the planet, facing human beings and facing the natural environment.
The world revolution has been inspired at its origins by the spirits and moral examples of M. Gandhi and M. King, Jr., and, for one thing, it would be a gross disrespect to them, the foremost advocates of nonviolence in modern history, to diverge from this cardinal value which they lived, fought and died for.
Though the world revolution will not be a separate or distinct entity from existing programs and movements, it will lend a new quality to their activities: a larger supporting background infrastructure of activism and a global context within which they might see themselves.

 “World Revolution”: another confused group
The journal World Revolution, for instance, which styles itself "the British group of the International Communist Current" is on record as describing us as "a completely degenerate bourgeois organisation which can only play a counter-revolutionary role within the working class" and as "a parliamentarian leftist sect renowned for their Menshevism" (WR3).
While its rigid sectarianism from the beginning tended to inhibit any real contribution to the clarification of the tasks of the working class, it nonetheless stood against both world wars, attacking them as capitalist wars in which the working class had no interest, and denouncing anti-fascism for the anti-working class movement it was.
According to WR theory, the period after the first world war was one of imminent "proletarian revolution" sparked off by the collapse of capitalism.

World revolution - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
World revolution is a Marxist concept of a violent overthrow of capitalism that would take place in all countries, although not necessarily simultaneously.
The October Revolution of 1917 in Russia sparked a revolutionary wave of socialist and communist uprisings across Europe, most notably the German Revolution, the Hungarian Revolution and the revolutionary war in Finland, which made large gains and met with considerable success in the early stages.
As fascism grew in Europe in the 1930s, instead of immediate revolution, the Comintern opted for a Popular Front against fascism; then, at the height of World War II in 1943, the Comintern was disbanded on the request of the Soviet Union's Western allies.

State Capitalism and World Revolution | libcom.org
In it are concentrated all the contradictions of revolution and counter-revolution.
The October Revolution had undoubtedly manifested itself most strikingly in opposition to bourgeois society by the abolition of private property and the institution of planning in the sense of ability to direct "capital." Trotsky drew the conclusion that this was the distinguishing mark of the proletarian revolution.
Lenin's State and Revolution is not a "norm." It was the universal drawn from analysis of the class struggle on a world scale and generalized.

In leader-dictatorship lies the kernel of the bourgeois capitalist revolution, and in it is the greatest proof that the Russian revolution was chiefly, and in its origin, a bourgeois capitalist one.
In the revolution the workers as a class in their workshop councils must decide for themselves in the conflict between the mighty powers of West Europe and North American capitalism, mighty still in their death throes, and because it is a question of life and death to them, mightier in their efforts than ever.
The non-proletarian character of the Russian Revolution is most clearly shown by the refusal of really proletarian revolutionary help from Europe, the salvation of her own and the world proletariat.

The Historians' French Revolution - The World and I Magazine
And indeed, this version of the Revolution attracted many followers in France and throughout the world, dominating the study of the period for at least a generation after World War II.
He found that as the Revolution proceeded, an increasingly narrow group--dominated by the liberal revolutionaries of 1789 and mostly drawn from governmental officials--came to control the society.
Hunt also made a strong substantive statement: that the political practice of the Revolution was, regardless of the ebbs and flows of the period, predominantly democratic.

This in turn means that the victory of the democratic revolution is conceivable only through the dictatorship of the proletariat which bases itself upon the alliance with the peasantry and solves first of all the tasks of the democratic revolution.
Therein lies the permanent character of the socialist revolution as such, regardless of whether it is a backward country that is involved, which only yesterday accomplished its democratic revolution, or an old capitalist country which already has behind it a long epoch of democracy and parliamentarism.
The above-outlined sketch of the development of the world revolution eliminates the question of countries that are ‘mature’ or ‘immature’ for socialism in the spirit of that pedantic, lifeless classification given by the present programme of the Comintem.

Advancing the World Revolutionary Movement: Questions of Strategic Orientation
Basically their argument was that at the time of World War 1 the workers really had no stake in the nation, they were on the outside looking in, they were without any rights, they were totally impoverished, and so on and so forth, and therefore they had a very bitter hatred for the whole situation.
And in fact their objective was not, in World War 1, nor for that matter in World War 2, to colonize the rest of Europe and to reduce the other European countries to a state of barbarism and tutelage under Germany and so on.
But nevertheless their objective strategically (in World War 2 as well as World War I) was not to colonize these areas in Europe and then turn them into German vassals and reduce the people to a state of slavery and barbarism and so on.

Time is short in Cuba: the world revolution versus the “Chinese way”
During the 1960s and 1970s the revolution was suppressed in Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, etc. This made the Cuban Revolution much more dependent on aid from the Soviet Union, where the Stalinist bureaucratisation had taken hold thirty years earlier.
The fate of the revolution, however, would benefit from a thorough debate about the future of the revolution, in which the Cuban people and all those groups supporting the planned economy should be allowed to participate.
The decisions about the future of the revolution should not be restricted to the limited circle of the leadership of the Communist Party.

The same French Revolution, which is now completing itself, was a revolution invented and prepared by the emerging class of that time, by the bourgeoisie.
This indicates, that there is a difference between the Bolivarian Revolution and the French Revolution, that the globalized Bolivarian Revolution could be the first possible revolution that, as emancipation, could exit the realm of the French Revolution, which is not completed as yet.
