The association is managed by the Executive Committee of six to ten members elected for a term of three years by the General Assembly.

His passion is not only for XC skiing (for instance he completed the grueling Canadian Ski Marathon 10 times) but also in sharing it with interested people and friends (like Jack Rabbit Johansson) and finding the best XC equipment (for instance he introduced fiberglass and carbon-fiber ski poles to Canada in early 70's).
Through his passion for XC skiing in various loppets, he earned twice the Worldloppet Master's diploma (meaning he finished twice at least 10 of the 14 international loppets), and is now close to getting his third diploma.
