Yi-Fang Wu Outstanding graduate of UM, the first woman college president in China, heading Ginling College from 1928 to 1952, recipient of the 1979 University of Michigan Alumnae Athena Award.
Born in Wuchang, Hubei, Dr. Wu enrolled in Ginling College in 1916, becoming a member of the first class of the first college for women in China.
