 X-44 MANTA
The X-44 MANTA is a converted delta-winged F-22 which uses vectored thrust as its sole means of control.
The X-44A has been referred to as the MANTA, or Multi-Axis No-Tail Aircraft.
A conceptual drawing of an X-44 is said to resemble a tailless F-22, and is said to be based on an F-22 airframe, engines and systems.

 FB-22 - Open Encyclopedia
At first glance the FB-22 design might appear similar to the X-44 MANTA, however the FB-22 would rely on wing control surfaces and likely have fixed engine nozzles.
The elongated delta wing and lack of any tailplanes coupled with a possible change to the General Electric/Rolls-Royce F136 engines would allow for a higher top-speed, sacrificing some maneuverability for better bomber performance.

Whether I am sending a pair of GBU-31 900nm into X bad guys airspace or flying a jet over downtown Baghdad 24:7:365 with a stack of 8 GBU-39, I have to have the same inherent _platform flexibility_ to get the job done.
8X250lbs X 4 jets is THIRTY TWO aimpoints.
Which means that, especially since you can send each (F/A-22 or A-45) jet to cover a different geographic area in a given raid, you don't have to dork about with 'sequential' targeting.

In 1999, the U.S. Air Force began development of the X-44 MANTA (Multi-Axis, No-Tail Aircraft) based on the YF-22 Raptor as an experimental test bed for this research.
Although initially scheduled to fly in 2007, the MANTA project has allegedly been scrubbed due to lack of funding.
In an attempt to improve "stealth" technology, many aircraft designers and engineers have tinkered with the idea of eliminating tail and rudder surfaces altogether and instead using "thrust vectors" -- tiny onboard jets -- to provide yaw, pitch and roll control.

Then another aircraft is the X-44 MANTA, MANTA is short for Multi-Axis No-Tail Aircraft.
The YF-23 Blackwidow II however is the sister-craft to the F/A-22 Raptor (actually, the YF-23 Blackwidow II is the older sister to the F/A-22 Raptor since the F-22 program was created in response to the F-23 program).
Finally, there is the FB-22 Concept/Raptor, it was built in response to the demand of a bomber-version of the F/A-22 Raptor.
