Topic: Yar Mohammed

Alif Mohammed - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mohammed was one of approximately one dozen men captured following an ambush of an American convoy on February 10, 2003, near the village of Lejay, Afghanistan.
Yar testified that Mohammed liked the American, did not own a gun, and that he was not a member of Al Qaeda or the Taliban.
During Bagi's ARB hearing it turned out that calling Mohammed as a witness was counted as a factor confirming that Bagi was involved in the ambush, because intelligence had already decided that Mohammed was one of the leaders of the ambush.

Yar of course would not agree to this and told Todd either to resume the subsidy or leave; Todd left Herat on February 10, 1841.
