Yeovilton could prove to be the strongest side of the year with an international player playing at number one.
Yeovilton are currently struggling for a team, due to the current war but managed to field a fairly decent side.
This spurned Yeovilton into fielding one of their strongest squads in an attempt to topple Street from their unbeaten run and deprive them of much needed points.

 RNAS Yeovilton Airshow 1996
The chaps at Yeovilton really understand aviation enthusiasts - they open the gates on the Friday before the airshow to allow ticket holders onto the airfield to photograph the arrivals.
There is also a ticket-only photo evening allowing access to the static park and flightlines without having to contend with the masses present on the airshow day itself.
Earlier in the week it had been reported that little or no visitors were to be expected, but fog in the vicinity of the carrier on the Thursday morning had caused the aircraft present at the show to divert to Yeovilton.

 What a gray day...
Weather was the word at Yeovilton this year - whether anything would turn up on the Friday, given the appalling weather conditions.
It wasn't the frequent showers that were the problem, but the cloudbase that sometimes ventured down to a few feet above the runway, combined with a fierce cross-wind gusting to gale force on occasion.
Yeovilton always provides an opportunity to see things not usually at other airshows, this year such as the commando assault demonstration and first opportunity of the year to see the Royal Navy Historic Flight's Seahawk in action after several years off the airshow circuit (see sidebar).
