The fact that the Enterprise is destroyed in "Star Trek VII: Generations" might be a sign that the TNG episode does not describe an actual future, but only a future in Q's imagination.

The biggest laugh of the day came when the first line spoken in the TNG episode "Yesterdays Enterprise" was from Worf who was given something to drink and answered in dubbed German, "Was ist das?" The engineers quickly stopped the tape and after a moment got the English version on screen.
Greatly appreciated was the fact that you could watch the same episodes on a large screen in the lobby.
The last block of episodes shown were from Voyager and Enterprise, but by then my own inner clock had turned the clock up to the middle of the night and it was time to go home and sleep.

The shots of the heavily damaged Enterprise are really cool too; everythings messed up and theres sparks flying everywhere and the shots of the injured crewmen are pretty graphic too.
Theres only 3 more episodes left and then the explosive season finalie "Zero Hour." Cant wait for next weeks ep "E2" where time and space will converge as a second NX starship is found from 200 yrs in the future.
Next week's episode sounds somewhat interesting from the plot description, although I was hoping it would be something more like Kirk's Enterprise or something.

"Yesterday's Enterprise" is one of the greatest Next Generation stories, in which the character of Tasha Yar is given more depth and resonance in this single episode than she had during her entire time on the show's first season.
This is a stunning episode, which not only provides dignity to a character who was pretty much dismissed by everyone in the first season, but which also sets up several marvelous plot twists down the road.
This episode, aside from being an outstanding one as a standalone, is rather remarkable for having so many a link with what did come before and will come after.

But the only TNG ep Voyager ever will beat is the one where Riker gets stung by a tree and has to relive past trauma's in order to drive the virus out.

In TNG there are several times where we see ships that are pretty old, and that they used Exelsiors in the Dominion war speaks also volumes, not only about the sheer quality with wich the Feds design Ships, but also about their Production numbers.
They were for several years in a Position to observe an assured enemy in their own environment and steal their Tech, or at least get an Idea of how it works and bring that back to Earth to develop countermeasures.
Yesterdays enterprise always bothered me, I don't see anyway in which the Klingons could have been beating the Feds.
