		Ygorl always appears as a skeletal, fl, bat-winged humanoid standing about 12 feet tall.
		Ygorl does not possess the alternate form ability of other slaadi, and it is clear that the form he assumes on the Material Plane is not the same one in Limbo.
		Ygorl first appeared in the 1e FF (1981).

		As Jergal and Valigan fought over time, Jergal corrupted Ygorl to be his agent in Limbo, working against the interests of Valigan (fighting chaos with chaos amused Jergal.) That is perhaps how Ygorl took on his visage of a scythe-wielding deathbringer.
		Perhaps Ygorl, as proxy or agent of Jergal, was organizing a revolt against the god of Anarchy himself, and Death Slaadi were to be the pawns in that war.

		Ygorl doesn't look like he did in the ADandD Fiend Folio, but I'd say he somewhat looks like he did...
		I enjoyed the Golden Axe style DandD arcade games of old, they had their appeal, and I'm sure this game will as well.
		Ygorl does look a little odd, but perhaps that's mislabeled, or perhaps he has chosen to appear that was on behalf of the yuan-ti that seem to serve him.
