Talk:Yolanda Vadiz - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Martin: Thank you so much for writing on Yolanda Vadiz, an unrecognized name by the media, and the artistic community in general, who at the young age of 28, passed away, in 1987.
I'm sure if she were alive today, The NY Met, as well as La Scala of Milan, would be presenting the colatura soprano, they seem to be lacking these days.
I will clarify, before making such a bold a statement, that a little while before she died, Yolanda had finished auditioning for La Scala, and was also getting ready for an audition at the Met of NY, where she had been invited.
