York Region Transit (YRT) is the public transit operator in York Region, Ontario, Canada.
YRT is owned by York Region and operated on their behalf by private operators.
YRT has 262 buses (as of March 2006); 112 buses are operated by Miller Transit Ltd. in Markham/Richmond Hill, 108 buses operated by Tokmakjian (Can-Ar) Inc. in Vaughan, and 42 buses operated by Laidlaw Transit Ltd. in Newmarket.
