He graduated Saitama prefectural Urawa-Nishi high school, faculty of economy of Saitama University and Bible Theology House. He became Katayanagi EFC's vicar, Higashi-Ohmiya EFC's pastor and later engaged in Sendai EFC development as domestic missionary from 1989.
In 1992, he was called up as Sendai EFC's pastor.

The fact that he picked the low kick to “chop” Yoshida down is a dead giveaway… that and having watched the fight.
