Young Justice - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Young Justice is the name of a comic book written by Peter David and published by DC Comics, and the DC Universe superhero team within it, created by Todd DeZago.
The team was first formed in a one-shot, part of the "Girlfrenzy" Fifth week event, called Young Justice: The Secret written by Todd DeZago, where they first encountered the mysterious superheroine Secret.
The series ended with #55, at which time the membership was Superboy, Robin, Impulse, Wonder Girl, the de-aged "Li'l Lobo" or known as Slo-Bo, Empress, Snapper Carr and the Ray as well as many reserves.

Thousands of young social workers, in the prime of their morality, undertake to staff the welfare system, find that they are little more than state spies and warders then quickly burnout and leave for better places in which to act on that morality.
Justice and the various justice systems are mediated by and reproduce the four great stratifications of power, wealth and social horror in America: the class system, the gender system, the system of racial discrimination, and the system of international privilege.

Procedural Justice in Young’s Inclusive Deliberative Democracy
All these remarks imply that Young views her conception of justice (the conjunction of self-development and self-determination) as providing an independent criterion that can be used to assess the justice of outcomes, policies, political judgments, solutions to problems, and so on, once they have been brought about, made, or enacted by deliberative bodies.
On the imperfect-procedural-justice interpretation, the justice of the policy would be a function of its satisfaction of Young’s stated criterion for justice (i.e., the absence of oppression and domination), and obviously the policy would be deemed unjust.
But if the justice of IIDDs is understood to be of the purely procedural variety, then a deliberator who says that justice requires one policy rather than another is saying nothing more than that the operation of a genuine IIDD would result in the selection of the first policy over the second one.

Delinquents or Criminals?: Policy Options for Young Offenders
Since the purpose of the juvenile court process was to help young offenders rather than establish their guilt, juvenile courts were not considered trial courts and there were fewer restrictions on their procedures.
Moving young offenders into the adult system, however, will merely place them in a different set of crowded courtrooms that are even less capable than the juvenile court of providing close offender monitoring, intensive rehabilitation, and creative, individualized sanctions.
Young offenders in some states can be tried in either juvenile or criminal court, and upon conviction they can be sentenced either to juvenile or adult corrections, depending on the preferences of administrators, prosecutors, and judges.

20th WCP: Environmental Justice: Some Ecofeminist Worries About a Distributive Model
Young's critique of a distributive model focuses on three categories of social issues which, she claims, a distributive model fails to accommodate: (a) Social decision-making structures of power and privilege that often help determine patterns of distribution.
The three categories of social issues Young identifies are the launching off point for my ecofeminist worries about the limitations of a distributive model as the model of environmental justice.
As a related fifth point, feminists and ecofeminists alike have been among the most vocal opponents of a theory of ethics or justice which presupposes "abstract individualism," i.e., a theory of human nature according to which humans are what we are independent of and abstracted from any social contexts and relationships.
