Trevor Horn Worship Hall - ZTT - The Label of Trevor Horn
ZTT stands for Zang Tuum Tumb, a term found in a poem and in "The Art of Noises", a book of the Futurist-movement in Italy at the beginning of the 20th century.
Morley said, ZTT's main aim was to reestablish the glory of pop-records as one of the fanciest and most fascinating ways of communication in the twentieth century and to make ZTT the most interesting, provocative, crazy and unpredictable record label of the eighties.
This collector-annoying practice of record releases and distribution stays typical for ZTT until this day: From one year to another the same cd or record may be re-released with different versions of some songs, as it has happened, f.e.

The Art of Noise were pictured on their record sleeves only as a hand clutching a wrench in front of a broken window, or as comedy and tragedy masks.
The members credited on their ZTT albums were a producer (Horn), a publicist (Morley), a sound engineer (Gary Langan), an arranger/keyboardist (Anne Dudley), and a Fairlight synthesizer programmer (J.J. Jeczalik).
Recording sessions with Grace Jones produced basically one song, "Slave to the Rhythm," which was nonetheless puffed up into an album of the same title.

 BBC - h2g2 - ZTT Records 1983-1988
The first ZTT release, in September 1983, was entitled Into Battle with the Art of Noise and was a rather bizarre 'albumette' (an EP) that came complete with pseudo-intellectual sleeve notes written by Morley (these and the song titles were his only contribution to the group).
During their first few years ZTT achieved an unprecedented amount of success for a fledgling record company, largely because of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, although the successes of the other two artists should not be ignored (three UK top-30 singles and two UK top-30 LPs).
ZTT were pioneers not only of the 12" remix but also of another new format: the cassette single.

Their 'singlettes' were very different to the current equivalent: rather than having the same content as the 7" (or 12") of a single ZTT cassette singles had their own titles and contained a variety of remixes and b-sides (some exclusive to the format) arranged into a mix usually 20 minutes or more in length.

All former members of FGTH have split completely from ZTT; given the general nastiness of the lawsuit that tried to keep Holly Johnson with the label I doubt that Holly will be working with Horn again anytime soon.
Morley helped define the character of the label in a big way during ZTT's early years, writing most of the cryptic and elegant sleeve notes and helping with the aquisition of new artists.
ZTT's rather lean years following the departure of AoN and the breakup of FGTH prompted label head Jean Sinclair to remove him from that responsibility, much to the label's artistic detriment in my opinion.
