 | | Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, who died 2 November 2004, was born around 1918 in Abu Dhabi, the youngest son of Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi from 1922 to 1926, and grandson of Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Ruler from 1855-1909. |
