		While Zebra did start off life as a Led Zeppelin cover band, and certainly Zeppelin were a large influence on Zebra, they certainly didn't sound like a clone, in my opinion.
		Zebra's live disc offers up songs from all three of their Atlantic releases as well as a cover of Led Zeppelin's "The Ocean," that stays pretty faithful to the original.

		Zebra was a band whose music was fashioned by a plethora of 70's influences, from popular hard rock and glam rock such as Led Zeppelin and David Bowie to progressive rockers such as Yes and Emerson Lake and Palmer.
		Zebra was formed in 1975 by New Orleans natives Randy Jackson (lead vocalist, songwriter, and lead guitarist) and Felix Hanneman (bass, keyboard, backing vocals), and California native Guy Gelso (drums, percussion, backing vocals), who moved to New Orleans after attending the 1972 Mardi Gras festivities.
		The band quickly gained a reputation as a hard rocking cover band in the New Orleans bar and high school dance scene.
