Choline is sold in dosages ranging from 250 to 500 mg and in a number of forms including choline bitartrate, choline chloride, and choline citrate.
Choline, usually as part of phosphatidylcholine, is widely available in a number of foods, particularly eggs, fish, legumes, nuts, and meats and vegetables, as well as in human breast milk.
However, a study by Dr. Steven Zeisel, from the Department of Nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, demonstrated that volunteers on a choline deficient diet were not able to produce enough of this nutrient.

A Zeisel number is a square-free integer k with at least three prime factors which fall into the pattern p_x = ap_{x - 1} + b where a and b are fixed constants and x is the index number of each prime factor in the factorization, sorted from lowest to highest.
For the purpose of determining Zeisel numbers, p_0 = 1.
The name Zeisel Numbers was probably introduced by Kevin Brown, who was looking for numbers that when plugged into the equation 2^{k - 1} + k yield prime numbers.

I recommend that everybody take a plastic bag and put their supplements in it, and when you go for your physical, show the physician the labels and ask if any of them are worrisome in terms of medicine you are taking.

She was born in Budapest and pursued a career in painting, studying at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, but left in search of a more craft-oriented trade.
She created functional modern sets as well as a number of playful designs decorated with animals, a motif that would continue throughout her career.
In 1938 she moved to England to escape the Nazi occupation of Austria, and married sociologist Hans Zeisel.

Sorry it might not be the smallest, one needs to search (1,X333) which might yield the smallest Zeisel.
I calculated that there are about 1.9*10^87 p_1 primes before the below number is exceeded, so the chances are good.
