Taken over by Seldjouk Sultan Malik Shah in 1087, the castle was integrated to the earldom of Edesse in 1104.
The prince of Aleppo Imade ldin Zengui retook the city of Edesse (now a Turkish town called Urfa) in 1144 and the castle returned back to the Arabs in 1149.
Destroyed by Mongolian invasions (between 1260 and 1400), the castle was partially rebuilt by Tengiz, the prince of Damascus.

Sad but true, it still has some serious things to work out on the Windoze side (and I don't have a windoze machine to do this with).
From ZenGUI came ZenHeaders which is a collection of utilities that I found crucial to the development of ZenGUI.
It became a beast of it's own in that it grew many times it's original size because of the time I put into it.
