		Other non-zero-sum games are games in which the sum of gains and losses by the players are always more or less than what they began with.
		For example, a game of poker played in a casino is a zero-sum game unless the pleasure of gambling or the cost of operating a casino is taken into account, making it a non-zero-sum game.
		The concept was first developed in game theory and consequently zero-sum situations are often called zero-sum games though this does not imply that the concept, or game theory itself, applies only to what are commonly referred to as games.

		R.I.P. This game was entertaining enough at first, but after a while it seemed to get into a bit of a rut for me. Much like its predicessor, you fly a ship around 3-D terrains accompanied by a dissembodied woman's head who points out things for you (such as being low on shields, etc...).
		I wasn't all that excited about the intermissions, and I really didn't think the announcer voice fit well into the game (the guy sounded like he was trying really hard to do a Sean Connary impersonation).
		I will say though that this game is good enough that I must rank it as one of the better overall Jaguar titles to-date, and I'm really disappointed it took so long to see the light of day in respect to what's happened to Atari.

		It is the application of the term zero sum where it should not be applied that is in error on this thread.
		The stock market is a zero (or minus) sum game, with the caveat that new flows are constantly coming in to replace the old flows going out, which gives the appearance of an "everybody wins" situation in bull markets.
		Maybe the net zero sum of a market or game can be evaluated by how it's individual componet parts fit the definition and thereby the market or game as a whole will have a matching outcome.
