		In truth, Zidane is extremely lonely and desires a true family, since he was raised by an adoptive parent, but knows nothing of his origins or his own, except for "a blue light." In order to search the world and discover his birthplace, he decided to become an adventurer and thief.
		Zidane, for example, tries to be the romantic hero, but only becomes one after he actually falls in love with Dagger (the name Princess Garnet applied to herself when in hiding from Queen Brahne).

		I think he receives even more development than Zidane, as Vivi changes from a boy who is unsure of his own life and abilities, to a person who is willing to use his skills to help his friends and gains an understanding to the meaning of life.
		He believes that Zidane is bad influence to Garnet, and he make sure that he stays as far away from her as possible.
