Topic: Zombie comics

Deadworld synopsis in detail about the long running comic book series from Caliber Comics.
Only one of these zombies would survive the initial encounter, and he would later prove to be the most dangerous of all the enemies of the humans.
Unexpectedly, he was rescued by a para-military organization and King Zombie was helpless to stop the fleeing helicopter as it carried off all of the teens and Deake, as well.
He was joined by another intelligent zombie who was referred to as "Vamp" because of the sexual games she played with humans.

Silver Bullet Comics Forum - re: Marvel Zombies
It's a zombie comic written by a bloke who's famous for writing a zombie comic for another company, with the "added" twist that this has superheroes in it.
I'll admit that in the case of a zombie comic, that the audience is likely smaller than that of the average superhero comic, and as such Marvel are hedging their bets.
The upcoming Mary Jane comic would be a huge seller if Marvel would only get it to the audience that wants it; but that audience isn't going to go into a comic shop to get it, if they even know the book is available, given that Marvel aren't advertising it outside of the comics press.

Well, to start, chances are almost all of a comic store's customers have spent time shopping in bookstores, CD stores, and video stores, all of which employ genre racking, so they'll be able to navigate the shelves pretty well on their own.
And even though many comic publishers have started genre labeling their graphic novels, following their genre labels requires that a store's staff remember how each book is categorized or have a computerized tracking system to maintain that information for them.
Utterly controversial, beyond innovative, and without a doubt one of the most prescient and downright sexy comics of the 1980's, this long-lost gem wraps itself in a sheep's clothing of Blade Runner style trappings to deliver a stealthy mainline syringe full of the RNA of genius.

If there's one genre of comics that is almost as overdone as superheroes these days, it's got to be zombie comics.
At this point, the comics themselves are starting to resemble the monsters that star in them—lifeless, brainless, interchangeable and starting to stink.
If Walking Dead is comics' answer to the nail-biting drama of Night of The Living Dead, then Zombie-Sama is comics' answer to cheeky lark Return of the Living Dead.

The 1932 horror film White Zombie starring Bela Lugosi has received controversial attention from film reviewers and scholars—but it is unarguably a cult classic worthy of study.
