		The district municipality has undertaken a number of projects and is contemplating more projects and activities for next year.
		We need to clearly understand what the district municipality has done and what it can do, comprehending and appreciating both the potentials as well as the limitations of the contribution which the municipal government can make towards the overall formulae of governance and development in our communities.

		Tough new water restrictions await the greater Mtubatuba area on the Zululand coast as the region faces another drought crisis.
		The Mercury was told that if good rains did not fill the river in the next few weeks, the St Lucia Estuary could find itself in a serious position with the large influx of visitors expected in the holiday season.
