		Zuoying District should be considered the most unique among the eleven administrative districts in Kaohsiung City.
		However, only Zuo Ying and Da Yi Junior High Schools serve this district, and both of them are all located in south Zuoying, which results in a great inconvenience and commuting danger for students in north Zuoying.
		The former mayor, Wang, Yu-yun, understood that the public was suffering from this situation, and he had respect for public opinion.

		Tsoying (Traditional Chinese: 左營; Simplified Chinese: 左营; Hanyu Pinyin: Zuoying; Wade-Giles: Tsuo-ying, POJ: Chó-iâⁿ) is a district in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, governed by the Republic of China (ROC).
		Tsoying was established in the mid-seventeenth century as a military fortress, known as Old Fengshan (also Old Fongshan).
		Once completed, the Zuoying HSR Station Area will serve as a transportation hub for the greater Kaohsiung metropolitan area.

		The main objective of this project is to verify the odorous sources in Zuoying and Nantze districts and propose the management strategies for odor problems, and eventually improve the air quality for Kaoshiung City.
		From the patrol assignment around the Zuoying and Nantze district, odorous emissions were often found between 2 to 4 am at late nights and were mostly found near the Chinese Petroleum Corporation, nearby roads around Nantze Export Processing Zone, and SinNan road in WuChang village.
		This system covers the results of detection tests of exhaust pipes and the OP-FTIR monitoring work of the public or private premises in Zuoying and Nantze districts, the complaint cases for the latest 5 years in this area, and the chemical and physical characteristics of chemicals that are used in these premises.

	Zuoying Station
		Dragon Tiger Tower was built in 1974 and completed in 1976. The tower is 7-story high, adapting the meaning of Buddhism-saving one life is better than building a 7-story temple.
		This old classical pavilion is bright in the sun and reflected in the water. The shadow of the tower has constituted the best picture with the fish swimming carefree on the lake surface in the ripples caused by twisty willows on the lakeside.
		It is standing in the southern part of Zuoying District and is one of the tourists’ attraction in Zuoying.

		The primary national sports center managed by the government to train serious athletes and prepare them for international competitions is the National Athletes' Training Center in Zuoying.
