Cut a kite shape and 5 bow-tie shapes out of 5 different colors of felt and attach a yarn tail to each kite shape.
I used tag boad and cut out a kite for them....let them color away....attach a string/yarn and run and dance with your kite...it was a big hit...for 2 year olds I tend to do simple crafts like this....
Attach the kite shapes to blue butcher paper that has been hung on a wall or a bulletin board.
