Arthur "Neddy" Smith, born Arthur Stanley Smith, was a well-known public figure and gangster in Sydney, Australia, during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Smith is a key player in the story of Warren Fellows, an Australian sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in Thailand for his role as a drug courier in an operation run by Smith.
Smith is currently serving a life sentence in prison for the murder of Sydney underworld figure Harvey Jones.
