Women who are married to church officers can be some of the biggest problems in the church if they do not have Christian maturity and wisdom.
Many women would say, "Why should I bother going to seminary, if I am not going to be able to use this in the church?" Thus if a seminary is open to the ordination of women, women might see a greater reason to come and study at the seminary.
