Further analysis of premenopausal soybean product intake revealed an inverse relationship between tofu intake and breast cancer with an OR of 0.44 for women in the second tertile of intake (17.1 g/1000 kcal) versus those in the lowest intake group (8.9 g/1000 kcal).
