	Collective Bargaining in Higher Education
		In the Yeshiva Decision the United States Supreme Court ruled that the faculty at Yeshiva University could not be unionized because their roles as faculty members constituted activities that are normally defined as managerial.
		The faculty at Yeshiva University in effect was able to limit the number of students who enrolled and therefore control the revenue of the school.
